ProImpact Carrosserie
ProImpact Carrosserie is an independent body shop at Rue Voltaire 22 in Geneva. It does sheet metal and paint, paintless dent repair, wheels and detailing, and it deals with the insurer after an accident. We designed and built proimpact.ch around the one sentence a driver wants to read after a crash: you only pay the deductible.

The challenge
After an accident, a driver has two questions. Who deals with the insurance, and when do I get my car back? Most body shop sites list their services and leave both answers to a phone call.
The shop also wanted to be found outside its own street. People search from Carouge, Vernier or Meyrin, and they type questions before they pick a garage: how long a repair takes, what paintless dent repair is, whether their insurer is accepted.
What we built
The first screen answers the insurance question. The headline offer says the shop manages the file with the insurer and the customer pays only the deductible. Right under it: the phone number, WhatsApp, the address, a free quote within 24 hours and a courtesy car from CHF 49 per day. Further down, the page walks through the process from the first call to the return of the car, and what is included during the works, such as pickup at home.
Each service has its own page with real durations: 1 to 3 hours for paintless dent repair, 3 to 10 days for sheet metal and paint, 1 to 2 days for wheels. A claims page explains what happens with the insurer, a glossary translates the trade's vocabulary, and a blog of six articles covers what drivers search, from choosing a body shop in Geneva to repairing a scuffed wheel.
Four local pages, for Carouge, Vernier, Meyrin and Lancy, cover searches beyond the city centre. Structured data describes the shop as an AutoRepair business with its services and its FAQ. A quote can start with a call, the contact form or a WhatsApp message that is already half written. The site is a React app built with Vite and Tailwind CSS, pre-rendered so each page arrives as complete HTML.
