Case study / AI automation for SMEs / Lausanne, VD / 2025
Neuronia
Neuronia connects the software a small business in French-speaking Switzerland already uses and hands its repetitive tasks to AI workflows, with someone from the team approving what goes out. We designed and built neuronia.ch, 23 pages in French that explain a technical service with cases a business owner recognises.

The challenge
AI automation is a hard sell to a small company. The owner of a trust company or a garage has seen plenty of AI demos. What they want to know is what changes on Monday morning, and who gets to read their clients' e-mails.
The site had to explain workflows, language models and APIs to people who never use those words, speak to several trades and two cities, and turn a visit into a booked audit.
What we built
The home page opens on a worked example. A garage receives a quote request at 07:42, and the page follows it step by step: the AI reads it, the customer record is completed, an acknowledgement goes out, a draft quote is prepared and waits for the workshop's approval, and the quote leaves at 08:05 with two time slots. Visitors watch the service on a case they understand before reading any feature list.
Every claim has a page behind it. Four solution pages cover e-mails, sales, documents and multilingual requests. Four sector pages speak to trust companies, real estate agencies, law firms and garages. The data protection page links each working rule to the article of the Swiss data protection act it applies, and shows where the text of an e-mail is processed. A calculator estimates the monthly cost of manual admin in francs from four values, runs in the browser and shows its formula.
The site is a React app built with Vite, with GSAP for the diagrams, and every page in the sitemap is pre-rendered with its own title and description. Pages for Geneva and Lausanne cover local searches. An audit can be booked online, requested through the contact form or started on WhatsApp with a message already written.
