Kollowo is based in Montréal and Lausanne. In Québec, we build websites for small businesses in Greater Montréal and on the South Shore, most of them service companies whose customers find them on Google and then pick up the phone.

Most of our Québec projects are close to Montréal. Service DEA picks up renovation debris and bulky items across Greater Montréal, and its French site is built around one action: calling the team.
On the South Shore we built sites for La Niche, a pet hotel, spa and gym in Saint-Hubert, and for St-Hubert Machine Shop, which has machined gears since 1979 and moved to a new bilingual site with us. Pavé Larouche cleans and seals interlocking pavers, Le Cèdre Urbain trims cedar hedges in Boucherville, and SuperVitre cleans windows for homes. Each case study shows what we built.
Bilingual sites that follow Québec rules
A business website in Québec has two laws to deal with. Under Bill 96, French on your site has to be at least as available as any other language. Law 25 covers personal information, which includes what your contact forms collect and the cookies and analytics tools on your pages.
We build the French and English versions as separate pages with their own addresses, so each can show up on Google. Every site gets a privacy policy, and its forms ask only for what you need to answer a request. Our guides on Law 25 and Bill 96, linked below, go through the rules in more detail.
What a website costs
A Kollowo website costs between 1,000 and 2,000 CAD. A basic site is at the lower end. A site with more pages, both languages and extra features is at the higher end. Our pricing page lists what each one includes, and the quote is free.
How we work with Montréal businesses
Projects run online. Early in the project you get a link to a working demo, so your feedback is about the real site rather than a mockup. You can reach us by e-mail, by video call or on our Montréal number, +1 438-526-3186.
Once the site is live, it's yours: your domain, your content and your accounts. If you want us to keep it up to date after launch, our updates and support service takes over from there.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost at Kollowo? Between 1,000 and 2,000 CAD, before applicable taxes. A basic site is at the lower end, and a site with more pages, both languages and extra features is at the higher end. The quote is free.
Do you build bilingual French and English websites? Yes. Each language has its own pages and addresses, so both versions can appear on Google, and the French version is at least as complete as the English one, as Bill 96 requires.
Will my website comply with Law 25? We build every site with Law 25 in mind: a privacy policy, forms that collect only what you need and clear information about cookies and analytics. For legal questions specific to your business, ask a lawyer. Our Law 25 guide covers the basics.
Do you work outside Montréal? Yes. Several of our clients are on the South Shore, in Saint-Hubert and Boucherville, and we work online with businesses anywhere in Québec. In Switzerland, we work from Lausanne.
How do I get a quote? Call us at +1 438-526-3186 or send a message through the contact form. We'll ask a few questions about your business and send you a free quote.
